| The grease fouling in the bearings of B type wagon cars results in the increase of the bearing friction coefficient,the decrease of the rotary accuracy and the increase of the bearing vibration,which is not conducive to the long-term safety operation of railway freight cars.With the viscosity of the grease filth enhancing,its internal cohesion increases,which brings about the increasing adhesion of the solid particles in the dirt and the surface and decrease of hydrophily.Hence,it’s quite hard to clean it only with water,but with several cleaning using together.The cleaning method used currently is water-jet cleaning utilizing aqueous cleaning agent.Because of the the complexity of bearing structure,and the mechanism and basic theory of jet cleaning has not been studied thoroughly,the design of the cleaning device and the setting of process parameters dependis on the experience,which affects the quality of cleaning seriously,it is still a technology problem on the bearing cleaning industry at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the composition,working principle,technological process and parameters of the existing bearing cleaning machine system,study the causes of poor quality of B type bearing cleaning process,and put forward of the improvement scheme,which includes designing and manufacturing of cleaning device and optimizing of cleaning process.By analyzing the weak points of the former cleaning machine,deliberate and ascertain the manufacturing plan of new cleaning system;carry out the mechanical and electrical designing,including cleaning stations,cleaning the room,washing machine temperature control,bearing speed control,man-machine interface,PLC procedure,etc..Study the design methods of orthogonal table L_t~u(t~m)to write MATLAB program to generate the required table.Analyzing the factors which affects the cleaning quality of B type bearings,find out 3 main factors,which is cleaning temperature,bearing rotation speed,and cleaning time;conduct 3 factors 3 levels orthogonal test,analyze the test results with the Range Analysis Method and Variance Analysis Method,and get the optimal values of cleaning parameters.Subsequent cleaning experiment proves that the optimal parameters improve the quality and stability of the cleaning process of B type bearing.The study achievements of this paper have some reference on the cleaning process of A type and X2 type wagon bearings. |
