With the continuous development of technology in the power industry,power companies have established a relatively complete technological innovation system.While accumulating a large number of scientific and technological achievements,they have also built an online technology transfer platform for power companies to promote the development of power technology transfer.However,the rapid development of science and technology has led to an increasing number of technical requirements and scientific and technological achievements data generated by electric power enterprises,and the unstructured characteristics of technical requirements and scientific and technological achievements information are also more obvious.The shortcomings of too colloquial descriptions of technical requirements have become increasingly apparent,supply and demand The two parties cannot meet the requirements of high-efficiency matching only relying on the technical field as the basis for technology supply and demand matching on the technology transfer platform.In view of this situation,researching new models and new methods of technology supply and demand text matching has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the docking of technology supply and demand subjects,guiding the direction of technology research,improving the efficiency of technology supply and demand matching of power enterprises,and promoting technology transfer.Based on the background and significance of the topic selection and the current research status at home and abroad,this article summarizes the technology transfer,technology supply and demand matching,natural language processing related technologies,feature extraction related methods,and the related theories of the traditional BM25 algorithm.The in-depth study of technology supply and demand matching has laid a solid theoretical foundation.On this basis,this article puts forward the idea of using feature words in the field of electric power technology as keywords for technology supply and demand matching and proposes a method for matching between power technology supply and demand based on feature words in the technical field.First,the improved TFIDF algorithm is used to initially extract the characteristic words in the electric power technology field.Secondly,according to the characteristic words in the electric power technology field,the BM25 F retrieval model is used to retrieve the scientific and technological achievements with higher correlation.The calculation of technical supply and demand text relevance provides data support.Once again,the power technology supply and demand relevance based on word vectors is calculated,and the characteristic words in the field of power technology are determined according to the results,and the matching efficiency before and after the use method is finally calculated.Finally,this article takes the power generation field as an example to conduct an empirical study on the above method.According to the comparison of the matching rate before and after using the method,the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved,and the characteristic words in the field of power technology are finally given.The research results show that the matching efficiency after using the method is significantly improved than before.This paper proposes a new idea of using technical domain feature words as the basis for supply and demand matching on the power technology transfer platform,which provides a new perspective for the research on the efficiency of supply and demand matching on the power technology transfer platform and helps to improve the matching efficiency of technical requirements and scientific and technological achievements.Improve the success rate of technology transfer.At the same time,the method proposed in this research also has reference significance for the management of power technology transfer platform.
