Research On Target Management Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Space Scientific Research Institutions

For being the transition of the aerospace research institutes, the scientific andtechnological achievements management as part of the innovation system of scienceand technology, has been playing a more and more important role. Research on themanagement by objectives of the scientific and technological achievements of theaerospace research institutes, can promote the technology innovation of theaerospace research institute, and it is an important subject for the aerospaceresearch Institutes to enhance competitiveness, and maintain sustainabledevelopment, can help to promote the "enterprise, market-oriented" strategictransformation for the aerospace research institute.
