Driven by the new energy strategy and low-carbon economy,the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly.As an important supporting infrastructure for electric vehicles,the rationality of the site selection and construction of charging stations has become one of the key factors for the popularization of electric vehicles.However,the current construction of charging facilities is relatively backward compared with the development of electric vehicles,which restricts the overall development of the industry to a certain extent.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to accelerate the construction process of electric vehicle charging facilities to promote the large-scale development of electric vehicles.In order to better meet the requirements of electric vehicle development planning,various factors need to be considered in the construction and planning of its charging facilities.For example,the location and cost of charging stations for electric vehicles should be considered to make the construction and operation of charging stations more economical and efficient.The service capacity of the planned area should be increased to meet the charging needs of electric vehicle users as much as possible,and the convenience of the overall layout of electric vehicle charging stations in the planned area should be improved.In addition,the environmental protection of charging facility layout scheme for station operation should also be considered in combination with the energy structure of the planned area.On this basis,this article will explore the optimal solution of the charging station location model in meeting economy,convenience and environmental protection.The main work content is as follows.Firstly,the development policies and research status of electric vehicle charging facilities are sorted out,the optimization direction of this article is determined,and the factors affecting the location of charging facilities are analyzed.Then the optimal design of the charging station largely depends on the development of electric vehicles,and its construction should match and meet the development scale of electric vehicles within its service life as much as possible.Therefore,this article introduces the prediction process of electric vehicles,and uses the prediction results as the basis for optimization modeling.In electric vehicle charging station location optimization model,considering the influence of economy,environmental protection and convenience of three aspects,the model is to minimize the annual value of the construction and operation cost of electric vehicle charging stations,minimize the extra carbon emissions caused by electric vehicles in the process of driving to the charging station and maximize electric vehicle charging station service ability for integrated optimization goal,Constraint conditions comprehensively consider the layout and capacity limits of charging facilities in the charging station.The optimization process needs to closely combine the actual development situation of the target region,so the analytic hierarchy process and the regional development situation are combined to give weight to each objective function,so that the multi-objective optimization model is transformed into a single objective function,and the CSO is used to solve.Finally,taking a certain region as an example,Arc GIS tool was used to select alternative stations after fully considering the influence of regional blocks,building attributes and population distribution on charging demand.The case analysis results show that the alternative scheme of charging station optimized by CSO can better meet the development requirements of the region,and verify the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed planning model and solution method,which provides a new reference for the planning of electric vehicle charging station.
