With the progress of industrial technology and the deterioration of environment,new energy vehicles are widely concerned.Electric vehicles are the main research object in the field of new energy vehicles.It uses electric power instead of fossil fuels to reduce exhaust emissions and promote environmental sustainability.However,the endurance of electric vehicles depends on the construction of charging stations.At present,the construction quantity of charging stations is small and the location layout is not suitable in China,which leads to the reduction of users’ willingness to purchase electric vehicles and restricts the development of electric vehicles industry.The location of electric vehicle charging stations has been studied based on the analysis and summary of relevant literature to promote the development of the electric vehicle industry.The main contents are as follows.(1)A charging station location model based on satisfaction and service convenience is constructed,and the improved immune algorithm is used to solve the model.At present,electric vehicles have not been popularized in China.From the user’s point of view,based on the nuclear density analysis,a charging station location model based on satisfaction and service convenience is established to popularize electric vehicles.Then,an improved immune algorithm is designed to solve the model.Due to the problems of poor stability,slow convergence and low computational accuracy,the mutation link of immune algorithm is improved in two aspects.On the one hand,the judgment stop condition is added in the mutation link.On the other hand,two different types of mutation operators are designed.The result is that the model in this paper has more advantages than the traditional charging station location model considering user satisfaction.The accuracy,stability and convergence of the improved immune algorithm are better than the traditional immune algorithm.(2)A charging station location model based on game theory is constructed and the improved artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the model.When the number of electric vehicles has reached a certain level,the location of the electric vehicle charging station will be considered based on two opposing positions of users and investors.two optimization indicators,including the user time cost and the queuing cost,are set to determine the user cost.Two optimization indicators,including the construction cost of the charging station and the daily operation and maintenance cost,are set to determine the cost of the charging station.From the standpoint of users and investors,a charging station location model based on game theory is established based on hierarchical analysis.Then,an improved artificial bee colony algorithm is designed to solve the model.Aiming at the problems of low search accuracy,poor convergence,and inability to directly calculate the established model,the artificial bee colony algorithm has been improved in two aspects.On the one hand,a decoding scheme of feasible solution is designed.On the other hand,a neighborhood search method is added to honey gathering and following.The result is that the proposed model can effectively determine the location of the charging station and the number of charging piles.The improved artificial bee colony algorithm can directly calculate the model,and the search accuracy and convergence speed of the algorithm have also been improved.(3)Considering the impact of economic development and population on the purchase intention of electric vehicle users,based on the type of buildings,road distribution characteristics,and layout of built charging stations in Lixia District,Jinan City,a simulation example was designed and validated.In order to provide a basis for development of electric vehicle charging stations,the change trend of electric vehicle ownership in the future is predicted by the Bass model and the Logistic model. |
