With the rapid and healthy development of China’s economy,the ownership rate of private cars continues to rise.At the same time,the problems of environmental pollution and excessive energy consumption have become increasingly prominent.As a new type of energy vehicle,electric vehicle,with low emission and low noise characteristics,has quickly entered the public’s view and attracted more and more attention.It has become an environment-friendly choice to replace traditional fuel vehicles and reduce pollution.Therefore,countries around the world have begun to study and develop electric vehicle.However,in order to promote and popularize electric vehicles,a complete and convenient network of basic charging facilities is needed.In order to promote the development of the electric vehicle market,meet the charging needs of electric vehicle users and improve the comprehensive social benefits,it is urgent to solve the development problems such as backward charging infrastructure construction,imperfect charging station network and unreasonable location of charging stations.Firstly,the design and planning foundation of electric vehicle charging station are analyzed.This paper analyzes the present situation of electric vehicle charging station,finds out the deficiency of the existing charging station infrastructure construction,excavates the main factors that affect the location of charging station,and lays a foundation for the subsequent construction of electric vehicle location model.Secondly,the location model of electric vehicle charging station is constructed.Starting from the conflicting interests of user users and operators,considering the interests of operators,users and so on,the optimization goal is to maximize user satisfaction and minimize the total cost of operators,and to set up a multi-objective electric vehicle charging station location model with queue waiting time and service demand as constraints.Then,an improved sparrow search algorithm is designed to solve the charging station location model.To basic sparrows search algorithm as the basic framework,in view of the basic sparrow late search algorithm of weak local extremum avoid sexual problems,introducing chaos and cauchy mutation and reverse learning improvement strategy,with the gray Wolf algorithm,particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,moths fire,basic sparrow algorithm and so on four kind of algorithm by comparing benchmark test functions to solve the performance of the algorithm.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the improved sparrow algorithm.Select a certain area as an example,use the improved sparrow search algorithm to solve the constructed charging station location model,get the coordinates of each charging station,and the number of charging piles of each charging station construction.Compared with the other four algorithms,it is found that the improved sparrow search algorithm has better solving effect and is an efficient algorithm for solving the location problem of EV charging station. |
