| In recent years,with the rapid development of new energy power generation and electric vehicle charging and discharging technology,the installed capacity of new energy and the number of electric vehicles are also increasing.The intermittent characteristics of new energy generation and the uncertainty of electric vehicle charging bring great challenges to the reliability and economy of power system.Research on the reliability of optical storage electric vehicle charging station and its impact on the reliability of distribution network,evaluate the economy of optical storage electric vehicle charging station,and then serve for the optimal scheduling analysis of optical storage electric vehicle charging station.While providing multi perspective suggestions for relevant enterprises’ investment decisions,it has important practical significance to promote the implementation and promotion of optical storage electric vehicle charging station righteousness.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on the characteristics of new energy and electric vehicle charging and discharging,carries out the reliability evaluation and economic evaluation of optical storage electric vehicle charging station,and carries out the optimal scheduling modeling of optical storage electric vehicle charging station.Firstly,the reliability evaluation of the charging station is carried out by using Monte Carlo simulation method,and the main feeder F4 of IEEE-RBTS Bus6 system is used as an example to quantify the impact of distributed photovoltaic power generation system and energy storage system on the reliability of the charging station.Secondly,based on the LCOE and LCOS indicators,the cost analysis of photovoltaic projects and energy storage projects is carried out,the life cycle cost analysis of photovoltaic and energy storage projects is simplified,the cost accounting and evaluation of degree electricity of photovoltaic and energy storage projects are carried out,and the empirical analysis is carried out for the load curve of electric vehicles in the charging station on sunny working days.Finally,based on the output characteristics of the photovoltaic power generation unit,the operation optimization model of the photovoltaic electric vehicle charging station is established with the objective of minimizing the operation cost of the charging station,the cost of pollutant treatment and the load variance of the power grid,and the optimization model is solved based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.The reliability study shows that when the PV is added,the operation reliability of the charging station can be significantly improved.At the same time,the energy storage system as the medium of power storage can also improve the reliability of the charging station,and the reliability of the distribution network is the highest with no charging stations.The economic research shows that the single day cost of the whole life cycle of the charging station is similar to that of the photovoltaic charging station and the grid charging station,and the cost of the two is less than that of the optical storage charging station.The multi-objective optimization research shows that the optimal operation analysis of the optical storage electric vehicle charging station based on reliability and economy can not only make the charging station operate stably and economically,but also reduce the impact of the charging station on the distribution network,and help to realize the stable operation of the power system. |
