| With the development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,different traffic congestions have appeared in many cities,especially in small and medium-sized cities.Traffic congestion is the main problem of urban traffic,most cities choose to increase the number of lanes and broaden roads to deal with traffic problems,however,because the speed of urban road construction can not keep pace with the growth rate of traffic demand,the problem of traffic demand can not be fundamentally solved.The proposal of "block system" provides a new direction for solving the problem of urban traffic congestion.Closed residential districts block the "capillaries" of urban traffic.Opening up residential districts is conducive to alleviating urban traffic pressure,sorting out urban roads,improving the structure and layout of urban road network,realizing the "small block,narrow road,dense road network" road network model,and implementing fine traffic management is the development trend of urban traffic in the future.This paper combines the block system with the actual situation of Jinzhou traffic to organize microcirculation traffic to relieve the traffic congestion problem in Jinzhou City.Firstly,the current situations of road network layout,bus network,slow traffic,traffic flow and blind spot of traffic are investigated and analyzed in Jinzhou,it is concluded that there are some problems,such as imbalance of road grade structure,low density of branch network,insufficient utilization of road resources in blocks,low density of line network and coverage of bus stations,large non-linear coefficient and repetition coefficient,slow traffic has problems in infrastructure quality,environment and safety,the traffic flow is large and the traffic congestion is serious,blind spots of traffic easily cause road congestion.Secondly,the microcirculation one-way traffic organization is carried out in Jinzhou city,and the selection of block system district is explored according to the internal road conditions and the nature conditions of the district,and the open method of the closed district is given;The microcirculation road network,microcirculation bus network and microcirculation slow traffic are studied,so the design methods of the entrance and exit of the block system district,the mode of bus line and the design method of bus station in the block system district are given,the design of microcirculation slow traffic system should be based on continuity and safety;the microcirculation traffic flow is organized and the microcirculation traffic congestion mitigation scheme is designed.Finally,the traffic microcirculation simulation analysis is carried out.Vissim simulation model is built according to the traffic flow and road network condition in the simulation area,the community suitable for opening is opened in the simulation area and the microcirculation Vissim simulation model is built,according to the statistical data of average length,average parking delay and average parking times of intersections,it is concluded that after the implementation of block system in the simulation area for microcirculation traffic organization,the traffic congestion in the area is alleviated to a certain extent,and the traffic efficiency of the roads in the area is improved.The implementation of block system in residential areas and the close combination of block system and microcirculation traffic can effectively relieve the traffic congestion problems of cities,guide the development of small blocks in China,and make residents travel more convenient and the city traffic run more smoothly.The research results of this paper provide ideas for other small and medium-sized urban traffic microcirculation organization planning and relieving traffic congestion. |
