Research On The Dynamic Protection And Activation Utilization Of Linyi’s Stone-built Folk Houses

In addition to a vast territory and a long history,China has a rich and diverse architectural culture.Traditional houses show diversity characteristic due to regional differences.The traditional stone-built houses in Linyi city present distinctive features in terms of architectural form and construction technology,and have high research value.However,there are few researchers on the traditional stone-built houses in Linyi city due to many reasons.Under the current background of acceleration of urbanization,big construction of new rural areas,and rapid development of "beautiful villages",a large number of excellent traditional stone-built houses are facing a survival predicament.Many stone-built houses have been idle and declining,causing a damage to the traditional scene and characteristic regional features.In 2017,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategic layout.Under the guidance of the "beautiful villages" strategy,the art system and rural development were to be fully integrated to further promote rural development.After that,more and more scholars and designers have devoted themselves to rural revitalization.Taking the revitalization of "beautiful villages" as the starting point and the traditional stone-built houses in Linyi city as a study object,this paper conducts a comprehensive survey of the current situation of traditional houses in the city,and then conducts an in-depth analysis of the spatial form,ecological value,and existing problems of traditional stone-built houses in Linyi area from perspectives of design science,architecture,etc.using relevant theoretical research methods.Combined with the actual situation of the protection and utilization of traditional stone-built houses in Linyi area,the method of dynamic protection and activation and utilization is proposed under the guidance of the principles of sustainable development and organic renewal.In terms of dynamic protection,the improvement and transformation of the internal and external spaces of traditional stone-built residential buildings were elaborated from the perspectives of "improving space utilization" and "optimizing space comfort";In the aspect of activation and utilization,the concept of activation and utilization of traditional stone-built houses was put forward from the two perspectives of "creating suitable homestay space" and "creating characteristic rural cultural space",taking Changshanzhuang Village as an example.It is hoped to improve people’s overall understanding of traditional stone-built residential buildings and provide some references for the development of traditional stone-built residential buildings.
