Application And Research Of Guiding Design In Urban Public Facilities

With the advent of the scientific and technological revolution,the process of urbanization is gradually accelerating,and the increase in urban population has brought huge pressure to the city.Public facilities,as "furniture-like" facilities that are closely related to human beings,also bear vital importance in daily life.However,at this stage,there are big loopholes and deficiencies in the public facilities system in the city.Use guiding design to rationally design and transform urban public facilities,and provide users with positive and correct behavior guidance during use and interaction,which can regulate users’ bad behaviors to a certain extent and improve the quality of the living environment.Guiding design includes three stages: cognition,behavior,and reflection.This article uses research and discussion on the concept and theory of guidance design,compares the advantages and disadvantages of guidance design and restrictive design,and studies the application level and methods of guidance design.To build a theoretical basis for the application of guiding design in public facilities,and to summarize the positive significance of guiding in design.By comparing and studying actual survey cases,we summarized and found the current status and problems of public facilities in my country at this stage,and rationally analyzed the needs and development of urban public facilities in the future.Combining the user’s habits and preferences in behavior guidance,analyze the user’s environment and behavior influencing factors in this behavior mode,improve the design method through in-depth understanding of the user’s demands,and reduce the discomfort caused by forced behavior changes.Cognitive guidance,perceptual guidance in behavior,and reflection guidance after behavior are guided through three levels to build a better experience for users.When constructing a guiding design system in urban public facilities,from the three perspectives of common sense to users,interaction with users,and respect for users,the positive guidance of fairness,resonance,penetration,encouragement,and openness is introduced mechanism.The research starts from the behavioral guidance model,combined with the user’s psychological model and behavior habits,and deeply explores the guiding principles,guidance modes and development directions of urban public facilities,with a view to perfecting the guiding design system in the categories of public facilities.Behavior guidance plays a vital role in the design of urban public facilities.Through the application and research of the guiding design theory,this article summarizes the feasible practical methods of guiding design in urban public facilities.Facility cases,combined with the investigation and analysis of users’ psychology and the observation of their behavior habits,constructed a set of guiding design principles and mechanisms in urban public facilities products,using the humanized behavior guidance mode in the products,in order to guide users habits,regulate bad behavior and other purposes.The establishment and practice of this application method not only has practical significance in constructing benign behavior guidance,but also provides guidance and reference in the field of urban public facility design in the future.
