In recent years,with the development of the Internet,many comment network platforms have sprung up and developed,attracting a large number of users and covering all major cities in China.Based on the spatial syntax theory and research methods,based on the analysis of the evolution characteristics of catering in the Fifth Ring Road of Beijing during 2014-2019,six districts are selected as Qianmen,Dongsi,South Luogu Alley,Beixinqiao,Xinjiekou and Fangzhuang,and analyzes the spatial distribution and evolution of catering industry in the block.The spatial distribution of restaurants of different cuisine types,restaurants of different consumption grades and different evaluation grades are also analyzed.In addition,combined with the COVID-19 period,the spatial variation of the number of commentary of restaurants with different cuisine types and the number of commentary of restaurants with different consumption grades are analyzed.The results show that the change of catering centers in 2014 and 2019 shows the characteristics of development from scattered to integrated,from small to large,and more catering centers are added in the periphery of the city.In 2014 and 2019,the correlation between the number of restaurants,restaurant evaluation and spatial accessibility increased,and the regularity became more obvious,while there was no correlation between per capita consumption and spatial accessibility.It shows that the topological spatial structure of the street network has a significant impact on the spatial distribution of restaurants and the number of evaluation,especially on the number of evaluation,which indicates that people’s choice of restaurants is more dependent on the road spatial network than the location of restaurants.In addition,the number of restaurants and the number of reviews are negatively correlated with the distance attenuation from traffic stations,while the per capita consumption is weakly positively correlated with the distance attenuation from traffic stations,indicating that the closer the distance from traffic stations is,the more restaurants and reviews are,while the per capita price is lower.The analysis of restaurants with different consumption levels shows that the more upscale restaurants are compatible with accessibility and can tolerate lower accessibility,while the lower grade restaurants are generally located on the streets with higher accessibility.The streets with rich diversity of consumption grades are usually the streets with better choice in large scale and better integration in small scale,which occupy the streets easy to reach in the whole city and easy to find in some parts.The analysis of restaurants of different cuisine types shows that the dependence on spatial accessibility is fast selling restaurant > home style restaurant >experience restaurant.In terms of the probability of co-occurrence between different cuisines,it is also fast selling > home Style > experience style.Fast selling catering and home style catering often appear together on the same street,and they are more sticky.The analysis of restaurants with different evaluation grades shows that the higher grade restaurants are generally located in the streets with high accessibility,while other restaurants with different evaluation grades have similar spatial distribution in the streets.The streets with rich diversity of evaluation grade are usually the streets with better choice in large scale and better integration in small scale,which occupy the streets easy to reach in the whole city and easy to find in some parts.In a word,the cultural,social and other multiple attributes behind the catering data reveal the multi-use state of street space.The results of spatial analysis of these data will provide architects and urban designers with more accurate spatial evaluation standards,make designers more rational grasp of the functional orientation and atmosphere of each street,create humanized,diversified and sustainable profitable space,achieve fine urban design,and enhance the vitality of the city. |
