| The rail transit industry of China,represented by high-speed railway and urban rail transit,has achieved great development in recent years.There are still problems of high construction and operation costs,which has brought huge capital pressure to the state,local governments,construction and operation enterprises,and has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the development of rail transit.Therefore,based on the investigation and analysis of the whole life cycle cost of urban rail transit,this paper systematically studies the composition of the whole life cycle cost,constructs the calculation model for the whole life cycle cost,puts forward the identification method of the key cost of the whole life cycle cost,and forms the optimization strategy for the whole life cycle cost.An intelligent configuration optimization platform for rail transit system life cycle cost integration is developed,which integrates composition,analysis and optimization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The rail transit system life cycles cost breakdown structure is constructed.Based on the physical system and components of rail transit system obtained from field research and literature research,the cost decomposition structure of four stages of rail transit system planning and design,construction and manufacturing,operation and maintenance and scrap recovery is constructed by using the whole life cycle cost hierarchical decomposition structure process.The total life cycle cost of rail transit system is analyzed,and the whole life cycle cost of rail transit system is obtained.The cost component of the total life cycle cost.(2)The life cycle costing model of rail transit system is constructedBased on the whole life cycle cost structure of rail transit system,the characteristics of cost,such as directness,additionality,and periodicity,are analyzed;According to the screening conditions of cost impact factors,the cost impact factors of rail transit system planning and design,construction and manufacturing,operation and maintenance and scrap recovery are analyzed;According to the composition,cost characteristics and influencing factors of the whole life cycle cost of rail transit,this paper puts forward the construction idea of the calculation model of the whole life cycle cost of the urban rail transit system.Based on fully considering the time value of money,this paper constructs the total calculation model of the whole life cycle cost of the rail transit system,as well as the planning and design,construction,and manufacturing Cost calculation sub-model of operation maintenance and scrap recovery stage;According to the actual data set of the metro,a simulation line is constructed,and the life cycle cost of the line is calculated by using the cost calculation model,which verifies the feasibility of the cost calculation model.(3)The key cost identification method is proposed for the whole life cycle of rail transit systemBased on the cost calculation model and cost structure,the relationship between costs is analyzed;According to the proportion of the calculated cost,the connotation of key cost is analyzed;After eliminating part of the fixed costs existing in the actual operation process,the cost node is selected,and the states of high,medium and low,cost nodes are determined according to the cost proportion data;Based on the relationship between costs,a qualitative Bayesian network structure of costs is obtained through onsite expert consultation;The qualitative cost Bayesian network is adjusted by using the cost proportion data to form a quantitative life cycle cost Bayesian network;Based on cost Bayesian network,a key cost identification method of single factor reasoning analysis is proposed.It is identified that the key costs of the rail transit system in the whole life cycle are labor cost,energy consumption cost,and maintenance cost.(4)The whole life cycle cost optimization strategy of rail transit system is formedBased on the influencing factors of life cycle cost of rail transit system,the optimization measures of construction and manufacturing cost,labor cost,maintenance cost and energy consumption cost are analyzed;According to the cost Bayesian network model and the critical cost of rail transit system in the whole life cycle,a multi factor reasoning cost optimization approach screening method is proposed,and four cost optimization approaches of rail transit system based on critical cost are screened;Based on the cost optimization approach,combined with the specific measures of cost optimization,the whole life cycle cost optimization strategy of rail transit is formed;The cost optimization strategy is used to optimize the whole life cycle cost of the simulation line.The optimization effect of the cost optimization strategy is evaluated and analyzed through the cost calculation model and cost optimization evaluation model,and the best cost optimization
