Study On The Establishment Method Of Construction Enterprise Quota

The reform of project cost management continues to advance.Enterprise quota is the basis of perfecting the mechanism of ’ enterprise independent quotation and competition forming price ’.It is an important support for the real implementation of list pricing mode and a comprehensive embodiment of the core competitiveness of construction units.However,the compilation and application of enterprise quota in China is not optimistic.Based on this,the research goal of this paper is to divide the structure system framework from the perspective of the function of enterprise quota,and provide a reference for the establishment of enterprise quota.In this paper,literature research and theoretical analysis are used.Firstly,two literature reviews of construction productivity are studied,and the research direction,research hotspot and research scope of current construction productivity are clarified.41 representative literature at home and abroad are selected to carry out the classification and summary of enterprise quota compilation method,calculation model and technology,from which the experience that can be used for reference is absorbed and opinions are put forward.Lean construction theory is used to guide the full text.According to TFV theory and flow management theory,the main research direction of this paper is the value added of data flow,namely the generation of enterprise quota.After completing the analysis of the research status of enterprise quota,this paper conducts information retrieval on industrial policies,new technology trends and the official websites of 100 construction units,investigates the development status of enterprise quota,and analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in enterprise quota : the enterprise quota system is imperfect,and the enterprise quota compilation method is not advanced.After several field research on two projects under construction,the enlightenment is obtained through comparative analysis.The framework of enterprise quota structure system is established from the perspective of the function of enterprise quota.The intelligent site platform can provide new methods for enterprise quota measurement.According to the enlightenment,the functional demand analysis of enterprise quota is carried out,and the framework of enterprise quota system based on functional classification is constructed,including three levels of consumption quota,cost quota and budget quota,which solves the problem of imperfect enterprise quota system.According to the enlightenment,the innovation of the compilation method is carried out,and guided by the value generation of data flow,the measurement method of machine consumption based on intelligent site is proposed.The measurement flow chart is formulated,and the measurement link is discussed and verified in detail.The high-tech of smart construction site is used to transform the data flow of the project site,and the value added is generated to a quota.Completed the comprehensive collection of original data,made up for the defects of various algorithms and models,and solved the problem that the enterprise quota compilation method is not advanced.This paper also puts forward the cost quota measurement method based on management accounting corresponding to the quota system,formulates the measurement flow chart and the measurement set table,and puts forward the budget quota combination based on database from the perspective of enterprise digital transformation,which provides practical significance for construction units and can be used for reference.
