With the rapid development of economic globalization and commodity packaging,the demand for coding and marking at home and abroad is growing rapidly.Therefore,inkjet printer equipment urgently needs to improve its stability of work,control and management efficiency to better meet the needs of huge needs of packaging labels on products.At present,most domestic inkjet printer equipment still stays in the era with single-chip microcomputer as the core.Its control interface is rough,functions are simple and lacking,interaction buttons of human-computer are cumbersome,and lack of unified remote monitoring management.The problem of inefficiency in management has become increasingly prominent.In this thesis,around the management efficiency of the inkjet printer and the user’s control experience,the inkjet printer management system has been researched and designed.First,designing a platform,the control core uses Android embedded controller RK3288 with STM32 controller to replace the traditional single-chip microcomputer.SPI communication has been used between the two controllers.At the same time,USB,WiFi,touch screen and some other interface circuits have been designed,and the Android operating system has been transplanted.Secondly,in response to the functional requirements of the inkjet printer management system,with the goal of improving management efficiency and the friendliness of human-computer interaction,the Android terminal management system software and the PC-side remote management system software have been designed separately.The former is used for control and file management of the local inkjet printer equipment,the latter realizes the remote monitoring and management of multiple inkjet printers,and functional tests on the two parts of the management system software have been carried out.The two issues involved in the actual application of the management system are studied and designed respectively.One is the research and design of the communication interaction of the management system: In order to realize the communication interaction between the Android terminal local management system and PC-side remote management system,in this thesis,an applicable information interaction scheme and communication protocol have been designed,and the communication test has been completed.The second is the optimization of the Unicode font extraction and printing pattern scaling algorithm: Taking the Unicode font library that can meet the general needs of internationalization as the object,the font extraction and drawing algorithm has been designed.In order to solve the distortion and blurring of the printing pattern in the zoom preview process,and improve the real-time performance of calculation and reduce the demand for computing power,in this thesis,the image scaling algorithm based on bilinear interpolation has been optimized and improved,and the analysis of comparative test has been completed.
