| Urban multimodal passenger transportation hub is the core connection center of urban external traffic system and urban integrated traffic system.By integrating the main distribution space and transfer space of the hub through three-dimensional compound building structure,it organically integrates the external transportation with urban comprehensive transportation,and provides passengers with a safe and convenient travel experience.Meanwhile,the hub provides comfortable activity and waiting areas for passengers through rational layout of inner activity nodes.Thus,logical hub space layout of different scale spaces is a vital prerequisite to ensure efficient operation of the hub and high quality travel of passengers.In the past two five-year plans,the country clearly proposed to "accelerate the construction of multimodal passenger transportation hubs",and China has designed and built numerous new and modern large-scale railway and air passenger transportation hubs,which have realized efficient exchange of passengers,goods and capitals.These make great contributions to economic development and national revitalization.However,there are still problems,including wasteful utilization of space,unreasonable layout of hub space,inconvenient transfer and similar building structure.The hub space layout considers more for managers,but less for passengers.The process of designing spatial layout first,and pedestrian lines last,deviates from the original intention of "people-oriented" for serving passengers.Therefore,in order to overcome the shortcomings of domestic hub design and related research,this paper divides hub space into two parts.First is the function area,consisting of main building distribution space and transfer space.Second is the activity node,responsible for traffic,service and commercial functions.Based on pedestrian line and activity chain,the double-layer spatial layout model is constructed to form a complete hub spatial layout system.It provides theoretical support for the planning and design of domestic multimodal passenger transportation hubs.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Basic theory of hub space layout is studied.First,the concepts of passenger hub,hub space and pedestrian line related to hub space layout are expounded.Two common hub space layout theories are introduced and summarized.Then,objects of double-layer spatial layout model and their relationship are expounds.Finally,the influencing factors,design ideas and layout process of the hub space layout are put forward.(2)The function area layout is studied.First,the calculation method of function area scale is put forward.Then,based on characteristics of pedestrian transfer,the method of constructing pedestrian line is proposed.Finally,a multi-objective optimization model was built to minimize the walking distance of pedestrian lines and the cost of function areas.Finally,a heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model.(3)The activity node layout is studied.First,based on activity chains,the pedestrian intention activity network is constructed.The method of optimizing and evaluating the network is put forward.Then,the graph group clustering algorithm is used to divide the optimal activity network into several clustering activity areas.Next,clustering activity area layout model is proposed.Finally,the layout rules and simulation evaluation methods of internal active nodes are put forward.(4)Beijing South Railway Station is selected as the case study.Based on the transfer passenger flow and questionnaire survey of internal trip within the station,the layout model of function area and activity node are respectively used to solve the double-layer spatial layout model of the hub.The rationality of the optimal plans is analyzed and the validity of the model is verified.This paper includes 37 graphs,33 tables,and 52 cited references. |
