As an important part of the comprehensive transportation system,Air-Rail Intermodal Transportation(ARIT)is conducive to giving full play to the respective advantages of aviation and high-speed rail and providing passengers with more travel options.China’s aviation and railway networks are independent of each other,and there is no node layout plan for the overall intermodal network at present,bringing difficulties to the implementation of the Air-Rail Intermodal Transportation(ARIT).The design of node layout plan is faced with many challenges such as large scale of intermodal network,multiple options of choosing transfer nodes,complex and diverse air-rail connection conditions,these are problems that Air-Rail Intermodal Transportation(ARIT)needs to be solved.Using system comprehensive evaluation and physical network passenger flow allocation technology,this paper does research on key issues such as generation of intermodal transfer node potential set,OD selection of intermodal target passenger flow,and optimization of intermodal transfer node layout plan.Main research contents include:(1)Generating a set of potential intermodal transfer nodes based on transfer condition analysis.The key factors affecting the transfer level of intermodal transfer nodes are analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of intermodal transfer nodes is constructed,which is consistent with the characteristics of China’s ARIT,including transfer connection,transfer node airport,transfer node station and the city where the intermodal transfer nodes are located.The weight of index is calculated by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and EWM(Entropy Weight Method).Based on quantitative analysis of the current situation of transportation resources and transfer conditions of national intermodal transfer nodes,the system of comprehensive evaluation of intermodal airports with basic transfer conditions is established to generate a potential set of intermodal transfer nodes.(2)OD selection of ARIT target passenger flow oriented to reasonable competition and cooperation relationship.Based on the clear defined scope of competition and cooperation of air and railway,the existing OD can be divided into NOD(No Service OD),HOD(High-speed Railway Service OD),AOD(Air Service OD)and AHOD(Air and High-speed Railway Service OD),describing the internal mechanism of its transformation into ARIT target passenger flow OD respectively.Combining with the factors that affect the ARIT target passenger flow OD,this paper puts forward with the OD selection method of the target passenger flow of ARIT in China.Finally,according to the intermodal transfer nodes set,the OD of intermodal target passenger flow is selected,and its characteristics are analyzed.(3)Construct passenger flow distribution model of intermodal physical network under transport capacity limitation.In this paper,the passenger flow allocation process of China’s air-rail intermodal physical network is proposed based on the characteristics of intermodal physical network.Through the construction of intermodal mixed physical network,a reasonable physical path set is generated based on the full enumeration search algorithm.The physical network distribution model M1 aims to minimize the total cost of the system and model M2 aiming at saving the most energy consumption is respectively constructed for different types of intermodal OD based on transport capacity limitation.In addition,according to the characteristics of the models,a passenger flow cascade allocation algorithm based on passenger flow priority is designed to solve the problem.(4)Optimization of ARIT transfer node layout plan.Based on the above theoretical research results,this paper takes high-speed railway,aviation network and OD passenger flow as data input to generate a potential set of reasonable physical paths for ARIT.The existing residual and full capacity of the network is used to allocate passenger flow for the potential set of ARIT transfer nodes,and the passenger flow distribution results of the two capacities are combined with the comprehensive evaluation of ARIT transfer nodes to optimize the layout plan of China’s ARIT transfer nodes.The ARIT transfer nodes are classified into national ARIT transfer nodes,regional ARIT transfer nodes and local ARIT transfer nodes,and the intermodal development conditions of all nodes are analyzed.
