Abstract/Summary:
Production capacity optimization is an important issue in manufacturing enterprises.Due to increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition and increasing customer demand,manufacturing enterprises are facing tremendous pressure on production capacity.Although many companies have invested a lot of costs in the process of increasing their production capacity,there will also be phenomena such as frequent production line shutdowns,waste of workers’ working hours,and minimal increase in production capacity.Therefore,to find out the factors affecting production capacity and discover the existing problems,it is imperative to carry out research on capacity optimization.In this paper,the A production line is a production line as a production line,and the simulation software is used to improve production line by using the improvement method of industrial engineering and lean production.This paper first describes the production status of the A production line,plotting the production flow chart of the temperature controller.According to the capacity calculation formula,it is found to find three angles optimization based on the relationship between the various factors.On the material preparation time factor,the layout map and the line diagram analysis are used to find the problem of on-site arrangement and material distribution.The hot pressing step is adjusted to the internal portion of the U-line,and the material of the hot pressing and the pressure station is reduced.Preparing time;through the "double box" structure and "Milk Run" method improves the workstrap and material distribution method,and shorten the material preparation time.On the replacement time factor,the program analysis,the human machine operation analysis finds the problem in the replacement process,and improves the hot pressing step and the holding process through lean production rapid replacement technology,and shorten the replacement.time.On the production stage time factor,the operational line balance rate is calculated after obtaining the bottleneck step,and the problem of calculation of the production line is calculated after the bottleneck process is found,and the test process is improved,and the transfer part works through human-machine operation analysis.The content is implemented one person two machine operations;the order of operation of each process uses Plant Simulation to combine the genetic algorithm to improve,according to product arrangement,adjustment,reducing the beat time,and improves production line balance rate.Finally,the improved effect is analyzed,and the results of improved simulation models have been established using Plant Simulation.By studying factors affecting the production of temperature controller production capacity,the field arrangement,material preparation process,product replacement process,bottleneck processes,and operational sequence of operations,improve the production line production efficiency.After improvement,the material preparation time of the temperature controller production line is shortened by 4.4 minutes/time.The length of the change is 4.5 minutes/time,the test process is reduced to 36 seconds,and the production line beat is reduced to 40 seconds,and the balance rate of production line is 28.6%.The balance index is reduced by 29.9,resulting in 70/day production capacity.
