With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and the concept of "Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things" proposed by the State Grid Corporation of China,the research on radio wave propagation characteristics and the construction of wireless sensor networks in smart substations have been paid more and more attention.For the construction of smart substations,the radio wave propagation characteristics of wireless channels are an important basis for the research of wireless sensor networks.Only a full understanding of the radio wave propagation characteristics can lay the foundation for accurate channel modeling and wireless network deployment in the future.On this basis,this thesis will carry out research on clustering algorithms and evaluation indicators for wireless multipath components(MPCs),and further propose wireless networking solutions for smart substations and carry out radio wave propagation characteristic measurement and simulation work.The main research contents and innovations of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the S_Dbw cluster evaluation index,the intra-cluster density is used to compensate for the lack of intra-cluster variance to measure the compactness of the cluster.The S_Dbw* index is proposed and verified by synthetic and measured data.The proposed index solved the shortcomings of the traditional cluster evaluation index that measured the MPCs cluster results based on distance.(2)According to the characteristics of MPCs,VB-GMM algorithm is selected,which solves the shortcomings of the traditional algorithm of MPCs clustering by distance.And the static and dynamic characteristics of the clustering results are further analyzed,which lays the foundation for the accurate completion of the channel modeling work.(3)Field measurement of radio wave propagation characteristics was carried out in the substation to understand the path loss in the substation scenario.In order to improve the reliability of wireless sensor network in smart substation,a wireless network networking scheme and a wireless network coverage scheme are established,which includes the sensor layer and the data transmission layer.The Feko software is used to simulate the construction of outdoor substation model,and the simulation calculation of radio wave propagation characteristics is carried out,which provides references for the construction of wireless sensor network of intelligent substation in the future,which is of great significance for the realization of Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things.
