With the large and complex engineering projects in the construction industry,in order to improve the operation efficiency and revenue of enterprises,supply chain collaborative management and supply chain risk system prevention and control have become the focus of traditional construction enterprises.Due to the frequent changes of engineering project plan,the enterprises in the supply chain are more vulnerable to risks while gaining more benefits through cooperation.If the enterprises control the risk,it will increase the operating cost and ignore the systemic risk.But if they do not control it in time,the impact of risk will spread gradually with the supply collaboration network and cause serious consequences.So choosing when and how to control the risk becomes the key problem of supply chain collaborative control.In this paper,through: the construction industry supply chain risk knowledge graph,design graph search method for the system risk chain.Using association rules mining algorithm to find out the risk control points,and according to the risk control points to give the corresponding control process suggestions to solve the above problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Construction of risk cascading knowledge graph: Based on the cascading effect model,using the general supply chain risk of construction industry provided by Company Z as the risk entity of knowledge map.According to the concept of risk object and risk subject,the paper analyzes and determines the object and subject of each risk,forms the corresponding risk chain according to the transformation between subject and object,and then constructs the risk knowledge graph of construction industry supply chain.(2)Design of graph search method: when the risk generated in the business process is temporarily stored in the "risk queue",according to the possible association between the risk and the existing risk in the risk queue,the graph search method is used to carry out unstructured single node matching or structured structural node matching in the risk knowledge gaph,and return to the knowledge graph to search the related subgraph,so as to systematically understand the risks.(3)Determine the risk control point and control process: design the risk control rules according to the risk scoring standard provided by company Z.Then,Apriori algorithm is used to further mine the potential relationship between the main risk receptors.According to the rules,the corresponding risk pairs are found and the cascading possibility between the risk pairs is calculated.Finally,the risk control points are obtained through the designed risk control rules,and the collaborative process meta model is reused to give suggestions on the risk control process.(4)Case application: by describing the actual supply chain collaboration scenario,the generation and change of risk queue are simulated to verify the accuracy of the graph search method designed in this study,and the corresponding risk control process is given according to the risk control process suggestions.
