Research On Financial Risk Strategy Of Supply Chain In Construction Industry

In order to adapt to the development of the market,major commercial banks have used their own resources to develop specialized business platforms for the supply chain of the construction industry,to research and innovate financial services products,and successively launched a variety of supply chain financial services schemes for the construction industry.Although supply chain finance in construction industry has a strong momentum of development in China and still has a larger space for development,however,in the current downturn of the global economy,weak demand for commodities and declining consumer demand,the upstream raw material suppliers,core developers and downstream distributors of supply chain in construction industry are facing different tests.This thesis studies the risk assessment of supply chain finance in construction industry from the perspective of commercial banks.The research on financial risk assessment of supply chain in construction industry is the integration of supply chain finance and risk management in construction industry.Firstly,this thesis explains the related concepts of supply chain finance in construction industry,reviews and summarizes the current situation of supply chain finance and risk management in construction industry of Bank P,and puts forward the applicable risk assessment based on the current situation of financing and risk management.Secondly,through the characteristics of S construction industry's supply chain financial business model,the thesis identifies the main risk points in financing mode from three aspects: upstream core enterprises,downstream distributors and regulators,points out the current risk situation of construction industry's supply chain finance,and concludes the necessity of financial risk assessment and management of construction industry's supply chain,which lays the foundation for later research.This thesis uses AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to carry out risk assessment of supply chain finance business in construction industry based on the existing financing data of Bank P.Finally,control the identified risks,select control strategies,reduce risks by preventing risks,avoiding risks,transferring risks or formulating reserve measures,and put forward risk prevention measures from the perspective of Bank P itself.At the end of this thesis,the results of risk assessment and the effect of measures taken are prospectedand expected.This thesis intends to analyze the mature supply chain model of the construction industry,in view of the current complex economic situation,through in-depth investigation of the credit situation,risk assessment and control mode of the supply chain financial enterprises in the construction industry,and through the analysis and integration of the existing financing data,complete the evaluation of major risk projects,and realize the effective prevention,avoidance and remedy of risks.Avoid bank losses.
