With the continuous upgrade of industrial structure,China has become the largest and fastest growing e-commerce market in the world.At present,express long-distance railway transportation accounts for less than 1%.It is imperative to research and develop new equipment for railway express freight transportation.This paper takes High-speed Railway Box Car Body With Sliding-Plug Doors as the study object,analyzed the car body’s strength、rigidity、modality、linear bucking、fatigue and vibration performance through finite element analysis software and test.Based on the simulation and test results,this paper optimize the structure of the High-speed railway box car body to ensure the safety of the car.At first,this paper provides the parameter and structure according to the need of domestic and foreign markets,including under frame、side wall、end wall、wagon top and floors which can transport goods swiftly and stably.Then this paper analyses the car body’s strength、rigidity、modality、linear bucking、fatigue and vibration performance through finite element analysis software to build the final structure.After the manufacture of the car body,strength and impact test were processed.Besides,high-speed railway equipment’s vibration performance were tested on the fatigue and vibration machine.All the simulation and test results are analyzed to optimize the structure and suggestions for railway box car body design are provided.
