The operating subway vehicles vibration and radiate noise.They affect the working environment of drivers and the comfort of passengers.Therefore,it is necessary to control the noise in the vehicle.The noise outside the car is mainly transmitted to the car through the floor,the side wall,the roof,the windshield,the door and the side window and the other components.The door is one of the weak parts of the whole vehicle sound insulation.In this paper,the effects on sound insulation of the pocket sliding door is analyzed,and it will provide theoretical basis.The door sound insulation simulation model is established by using acoustic simulation software,and the sound insulation amount of the pocket sliding door is simulated and calculated.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical values to verify the effectiveness of the model.The effects of the thickness of the air layer of the glass window,the thickness of the glass,the pocket sliding door without the window,the change of the sandwich material of the door and the parameters of the aluminum plate on the sound insulation performance of the door are studied,and the sound insulation effect is analyzed by simulation calculation.Finally,in view of the increasingly prominent sound leakage problem of the door,the corresponding leakage simulation model is established,and the influence of the gap leakage on the door sound insulation is simulated and analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows :The existing door weighted sound insulation is 29 d B.In the 35 ~ 5000 Hz band,530 Hz and 2500 Hz divide it into three sections.From low to high,they are damping control area,quality control area and coincidence control area.The resonance trough is 10 d B and the coincidence trough is 30 d B.The simulation and theoretical values are consistent.The thickness of the air layer of the thickened glass window,the thickness of the air layer of the thickened glass window + the increase of the thickness of the outer glass by 1mm,the windowless hidden door,the foam aluminum core material,the increase of the thickness of the aluminum plate,the increase of the Young ’s modulus of the aluminum plate and the increase of the damping of the plate increase the weighted sound insulation of the door by4 d B,6d B,2d B,4d B,1 ~ 4d B,1 ~ 3d B and 4 ~ 5d B respectively.By changing the door structure,the sound insulation of the door is increased by 1 ~ 6d B.With the increase of the gap height at the bottom of the door,the sound insulation of the door decreases.When the gap is 1mm,3mm and 5mm,the weighted sound insulation of the door decreases by 7d B,10 d B and 10 d B respectively.With the increase of the leakage area,the weighted sound insulation of the door decreases by 6d B.When there is a whole gap with a width of 1mm,3mm and 5mm in the middle,the sound insulation is reduced by 7d B,10 d B and 11 d B respectively,the sound leakage area is doubled,and the sound insulation of the door is reduced by 3dB.Sound leakage caused by gaps should be avoided.
