Sliding plug door is a new type of door product adapt to the operation requirementsof the high grade locomotive, the emu and urban rapid rail traffic, in which the life safe-ty of the passengers is directly related with the security and reliability of its operation.Electronically controlled electric driven sliding plug door system as a new type of aut-omatic door system, because of its high efficiency and high reliability, has been widelyused in rail transportation. Developing the rail vehicle electronically controlled electricdriven sliding plug door control system which suites to China’s national conditions andparticipating in the domestic and international market competition will promote the tec-hnological progress of domestic railway vehicles sliding plug door industry and protect,promote and develop our national industry. This thesis has completed the hardware andsoftware of the the control system for rail vehicle electric driven sliding plug door, themain contents are as follows:The hardware design of electric sliding plug door control system consists of thedrive motor, the power drive circuit, the control circuit, the detecting circuit and theauxiliary power circuit. The three-phase brushless direct current motor with three hallposition sensors is adapt as the electric sliding plug door driven motor, of which therated working voltage is as same as train provided that dc110V. The intelligent powermodule FNB41060is adapt as the three-phase inverter circuit in the power drivecircuit, the power driver circuit output three-phase voltage to drive the brushless dcmotor work; The control circuit core controller adopts TMS320F2812digital signalcontroller, the control circuit to collect the input signal, the implementation ofbrushless dc motor control algorithm, the sliding plug door fault diagnosis andprocessing and data communications with vehicle doors; The detection circuit adoptsthe hall current sensor ACS712and the linear isolation amplifier HCPL7800, thevoltage and current detection circuit to collect electric sliding plug door control systemand temperature signals; The auxiliary power circuit adopt integrated switch transformmodule TOP264and DPA422output multi-channel isolation power supply in theflyback topology, the auxiliary power supply provides control system with thenecessary and reliable power supply; This design gives the electric sliding plug door control system hardware schematic and printed circuit board.
