| From entering people’s eyes to being known by the public,high-speed rail has developed rapidly.Each country regards high-speed railway as the top priority of high-speed railway research and development.At the same time,high-speed bullet train has been unanimously recognized by experts in each rail industry for its safety,comfort and rapidity.The high-speed railway sliding door is one of the important structures of the high-speed train,which is very important for the safe operation of the train.The most important thing is that it is the passage for passengers to get on and off the train;if there is an accident,it is also mainly used to evacuate passengers.This shows that its role is very important and irreplaceable.Nowadays,the operation of high-speed train is pursuing faster and safer,which has more strict requirements on the sliding door,so the selection of its subsystems is more and more standardized.Once the sliding door has problems,the impact is huge.Because the electric sliding plug door has the advantages of high intelligence,high sealing,high efficiency,high reliability and so on,the electric sliding plug door has become the first choice of high-speed trains.Among them,the motor is an important component of the high-speed railway plug door,which plays a decisive role in the performance of the high-speed railway plug door system.If the motor performance is good,the plug door performance is good,and the motor car will be safer in the operation process.In other words,the safety and comfort of passengers will be directly determined by the operation status of the sliding door motor.Therefore,it is very important to study the simulation of high-speed railway sliding door motor.In this paper,BLDCM is selected as the driving motor,and the motor control system is modeled and studied by software.Firstly,the structure and principle of the sliding plug door system of high-speed train are introduced briefly.The sliding plug door is mainly composed of three devices: drive,drive and control.Each device in the mechanism has its special function,and each device cooperates with each other to complete the opening and closing of the sliding plug door.The damage of any device will stop the sliding plug door.At the same time,it analyzes the significance and necessity of the simulation of the sliding gate motor and introduces the current research situation of the sliding gate motor.At present,China is in the period of vigorously developing the high-speed rail industry.Then,the structure and working principle of the sliding plug door motor are further described,and the reasons for choosing the BLDCM as the driving motor of the sliding plug door are analyzed,and the general BLDCM is modeled to analyze whether it meets the speed requirements.In the chapter of the control system of the sliding gate motor,the related problems of the control are analyzed,including the introduction of the principle of the control system,the three speed regulating methods of the DC motor,the control mode and principle analysis,etc.Finally,combined with the structure and control principle of the sliding plug door motor control system,the paper uses MATLAB software to model the sliding plug door motor control system and makes simulation analysis at the same time.The simulation results show that the operation of the sliding plug door system of high-speed motor car is reasonable,and analyzes the common failures of the sliding plug door,several external factors that cause the failure of the sliding plug door,the internal causes of the failure,etc.and puts forward the relative It is of great significance to reduce the failure of sliding plug door. |
