| Railway is the preferred mode of transportation for residents in China,which is green,convenient and fast.In particular,the rapid development of high-speed railway and urban rail transit in recent years,and the eight vertical and eight horizontal strategic plans have brought railway development into the fast lane.This puts forward more and higher quality requirements for the development quality of safety software in railway signalling systems.This thesis takes the quality management of railway safety software development in M company as the research object,through the study of total quality management theory,using quality improvement tools such as brainstorming,cause and effect diagram to analyze the current situation of safety software development quality management in M company.Eight quality problems of M company’s safety software development are obtained,such as requirement analysis,human resources,cost management,hardware equipment,schedule control,design and implementation,procurement management,verification and confirmation.Then,through questionnaire survey and statistics,three key problems affecting the quality of safety software development in M company are identified,which are: requirement analysis,schedule control,and design and implementation.Finally,the fishbone diagram is used to analyze the causes of the three key quality problems,and the main reasons are determined as follows: the problems in the requirement analysis are due to inadequate analysis of safety requirements,frequent demand changes,insufficient level of demand analysts and insufficient attention to demand work;the problems in schedule control are due to too many projects carried out at the same time and lack of certification;The problems of design and implementation are due to the lack of experience of developers,the inability of detailed design to guide coding and module testing,and the lack of functional test cases.Then,after analyzing the causes of the problems,according to the Six Sigma DMAIC model,using the flow chart quality tool in the improvement stage,this thesis analyzes the three key problems that affect the quality of M company’s safety software development one by one,formulates improvement measures and methods,and puts forward targeted improvement suggestions for the main causes of the problems.In order to ensure the quality of safety software development for a long time,this thesis puts forward long-term quality assurance measures for safety software development of M company,including quality assurance of requirement analysis,quality assurance of schedule control,quality assurance of design and implementation,arranging and carrying out planned quality improvement activities,etc.At the end of the thesis,it summarizes and prospects the work of this study,combs the conclusions of this study,and puts forward the shortcomings of this thesis and the imperfections of the improvement measures.In order to improve this research,further research directions are proposed,such as defect management,lean production and six sigma data statistics application.The research of this thesis mainly analyzes the quality management problems of railway safety software development in M company,which has certain guiding significance for relevant enterprises with similar problems.However,the improvement scheme proposed in this thesis needs to be improved in combination with the characteristics of enterprises,in order to find the best method for improving the safety software quality of their own enterprises. |
