With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,China attaches great importance to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and the imbalance between urban and rural development has been effectively alleviated.In 2016,the country made a strategic decision to build a characteristic town in an all-round way,and pointed out that the characteristic industrial economy is the cornerstone of urbanization development.Urbanization construction has entered a new stage.More and more regions are based on regional resource advantages.The construction of large characteristic small towns,at the same time,the country announced 127 characteristic small towns,providing a model template for the development of small towns in China,and the development of characteristic small towns has been expanded.At present,the development of agricultural characteristic towns has begun to take shape.With the transformation of the social public leisure concept,agricultural tourism has become a new idea for the development of agricultural characteristic small towns,but its industrial system,spatial layout,unique features,institutional mechanisms,etc.There are still many problems.In-depth exploration of the development and planning of small towns with agricultural characteristics has the practical significance of theoretical research and practical application value.Based on this,in order to more accurately reveal the correlation and specific manifestations of agricultural modernization transformation and urbanization construction,the subject research is based on literature research and field surveys,based on the data research integration of 127 characteristic small towns published by the state,and comprehensive use of discipline The cross-cutting and empirical research conducted in-depth research on the construction and development of small towns with agricultural characteristics.Based on the systematic theoretical research and case analysis at home and abroad,the paper summarizes its practical experience in the construction of small towns with agricultural characteristics,selects typical small towns with agricultural characteristics from the first batch of small towns with national characteristics,and analyzes the characteristics of agriculture.Overview of the construction of small cities and towns,and put forward the problems in the construction;based on the requirements of the country to cultivate small towns with special characteristics,the cultivation factors for small towns with agricultural characteristics: industrial dynamic factors,environmental essential factors,cultural core factors,and the basis of facility services In-depth analysis and research of factors and mechanism and policy thrust factors,summarizing and proposing planning strategies for small towns with agricultural characteristics,with a view to providing new ideas for the construction and development of more small agricultural towns.Finally,taking the conceptual planning of agricultural characteristic small towns of the 184 th Regiment of Xinjiang Construction Corps,which is actually involved,as an example,an empirical study of the planning and development research results of agricultural characteristic small towns was conducted,aiming at large-scale construction and sustainable development of agricultural small towns.Development provides some guidance.The research results of this paper can not only enrich the content of theoretical research of small towns with agricultural characteristics,but also provide a new idea and method with more extensive applicability and guidance value for the cultivation of small towns with agricultural characteristics under the background of new urbanization construction and urban-rural integration development.
