| The rapid development of the domestic civil aviation industry has caused a short-term shortage of pilots.Every year,many flight students who graduated from aviation school enter the Beijing branch of D Airlines.After the company’s training,they become a qualified flight co-pilot through different stages of training..With the development of society and the increasing requirements of the whole society for flight safety,the comprehensive quality requirements of pilots are getting higher and higher.The current training model of China Eastern Airlines Beijing Branch from pilot training to first co-pilot can no longer meet the development of society and the company.In order to achieve the common development of the company and employees,a more efficient,diversified training model is required for the needs of the company.This article first introduces the related concepts of pilot and co-pilot training,and briefly describes the relevant motivation theory,competence theory,two-factor motivation theory,training demand analysis,goal setting theory,and training evaluation related theories in human resource management and organization management.Content,the above theoretical knowledge is the theoretical basis of this thesis.According to China Eastern Airlines’ requirements for flight co-pilots and the characteristics of pilots at this stage,the current status of pilot co-pilot training programs is analyzed,combined with theoretical refinement,and a competency model for pilot co-pilots is established.The training content is optimized,scientific and effective points evaluation standards are formulated,the knowledge that the pilots should master at this stage is quantitatively assessed,and the assessment results are linked to each other to promote the learning enthusiasm of the flight co-pilot,so that the excellent co-pilot can shorten the training Cycle,improve the quality of training,achieve the goal of providing high-quality personnel for the flight team and accelerating the continuous expansion of the flight team. |
