Study On Quality And Process Control Of Flight Training System In C Airline

With the success of the test flight of C919,our self-developed large aircraft,the major domestic airlines introduced a large number of orders of it.The pressure of C919 flight training surges for each airline,and the existing training system cannot meet the demand completely.We still have to protect the quality of training without any omission in this environment.The process control for the quality of training is particularly significant because of the need of further improvement for the operation management of flight training.There is still a gap on the quality and efficiency of the current flight training system of Airline C compared by the requirement of the new situation,mainly in the traditional way of training management,especially the conservative concept of quality management of flight training is still stay in the level of the beginning of 21st century.The organization of training is also rigid and resulted that the efficiency of implementation cannot meet the demand.The purpose of the research is to provide the solution to the problem and deficiency in the current flight training system of Airline C and improve the training efficiency.The only way to ensure the flight safety is by improving the quality of flight training.Also,only by improving the efficiency of flight training can make the company adapt to the current tension of pilot training to meet the large number of needs.This research is using the SPC technology of quality management as a mean to analyze the defect of the present flight training system of Airline C,and provide the improvement plan based on the result.And it will recommend the DMAIC model and establish the concept of continuous improvement for the flight training system of Airline C.These improvements have received significant result in the experimental flight training unit in Airline C and basically meet the requirement of the new situation.With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,the requirements of pilots are increasing.In addition to the initial training relied on civil aviation institutions and professional flight training agencies,the pilot training mainly dependent on continuous career training.As the leading in the entire industry by the success of experimental flight training unit in Airline C,the new method of quality management can be promoting to other airlines or flight training agencies.In the process of promoting,each of the airlines or flight training agencies should make use of the methods of quality management and develop a training system which is suitable for the need of the company based on the type of itself.
