| The initial flight training stage is the basic stage for the growth of flight cadets.As an important aspect of evaluating their comprehensive quality level,it is particularly important to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the knowledge and ability of flight cadets.By combing the development process of flight training mode,this thesis analyzes the necessity of the application of core competency theory in current flight training,introduces the current initial flight training knowledge evaluation method,uses the theoretical knowledge level sample data from the 2020 student training to represent their knowledge and ability level,defines the observation items and scoring criteria of each subject knowledge from the perspective of competency,and constructs the correlation matrix between the observation items and the observable behavior of knowledge,The knowledge competency evaluation matrix is obtained,and the frequency and number of observable behaviors(OB)are represented by the matrix norm.Finally,the rating algorithm completes the grading of the trainees’ knowledge competency and compares it with the rating results of the examiners to verify the rationality of the method.Research findings:(1)As the direction of the evaluation of future flight training results,the core competency theory can complete the comprehensive evaluation of the ability of flight cadets with appropriate methods.Through cluster analysis of the 2020 student knowledge score sample,it is found that a single license theory test result does not fully reflect the student’s knowledge and ability.In the current assessment of students’ knowledge and ability in initial flight training,there is a problem that the oral test method cannot be quantified,and the level of students’ knowledge and ability cannot be assessed from the perspective of competence.(2)Through the design of knowledge observation items and their scoring criteria,the correlation matrix between observation items and observable behaviors is constructed,and the knowledge competency evaluation matrix and rating algorithm are used to evaluate and rate the students’ knowledge ability.It is found that the observable behaviors of students are centralized,and the observable behaviors of high-level knowledge application ability are not involved,which is consistent with the characteristics of screening test for understanding and application of basic knowledge.At the same time,through the comparison and analysis of the rating algorithm and the examiner’s rating results,it is found that the two groups of rating results are similar in the sample size of different grades,and the consistency probability of the rating results is high.The competency-based flight cadet knowledge ability assessment method is effective. |
