After the development of Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway, the passenger flow of some existing railways will be transferred to the high-speed railway, which will release the freight capacity of some existing railway lines to a certain extent, resulting in changes in the freight transportation capacity of the entire Northeast railway network. Therefore, this will provide space for the optimization and adjustment of rail car flow path in related areas. This article will focus on the path optimization of entry freight flow from Manchuria port after the development of Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Manchuria Port Station, outlines the basic facilities and equipment’s,and briefly analyzes the categories and directions of importing freight flow from Manchuria to China. Then this paper also explores the Northeast railway network structure.Based on the main directions of the importing freight flow from Manchuria, the paper analyses transportation lines of the importing freight flow in the Northeast railway network, including Beijing-Harbin line,HarbinDalian line,Beijing-Tongliao line, and Harbin-Manchuria line.Secondly, this paper expounds the optimization theory and method of car flow assignment in the railway network. The paper gives the basic concept of railway car flow allocation, then explains the basic principles of railway car flow assignment from transport time, cost composition and capacity balance, and analyzes the main influencing factors of railway car flow path optimization.Based on classical car flow assignment models, including Node-arc model and Arcpath model, the paper compares and analyzes their complexity, advantages and disadvantages. Finally combined with the research problem, this paper improves the traditional Arc-path model and combining with the actual case, constructs the path optimization model based on the importing freight flow from Manchuria. In addition, combining with the characteristics of the Arc-path model, the generation of the reasonable path set of the model is further analyzed in detail. Finally,on the basis of the above improved model and in combination with the specific problems studied in this paper, the path optimization of importing freight flow from Manchuria station is analyzed.Three scenarios are set for calculation examples respectively. The first is based on the shortest path optimization of the importing freight flow at Manchuria port. The second and the third variants optimize the car flow path before and after Beijing-Harbin high-speed rail development respectively.Specific optimization results are obtained through optimization analysis of traffic flow paths under different scenarios. The final comparison results show that the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway has a significant impact on the route of inbound freight traffic. Finally,by comparing the optimization results under different scenarios, they shows that BeijingHarbin high-speed railway has a significant impact on the transportation path of importing freight flow after its development.
