For centuries, transport has been the barometer of the national economy.Within the framework of total world trade, the transport sector has become a key enabler of economic activities. In the process of social reforms and economic transformation, the importance of transport is emphasized.“One Belt One Road”(OBOR)comprises the land-based Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road and connecting China,Central Asia,Western Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Its ultimate goal is to expand trade by building infrastructure. Thanks to cultural exchange, all countries and regions participating in the project will be integrated into one economy. At the same time, cultural diversity can lead to overcoming problems in organizational coherence, management and implementation.OBOR requires all participating countries to implement key agreements and commitments. In a rapidly changing environment,it is necessary to do everything possible to maximize profits and steadily increase the volume of traffic between China and Europe. The aim of this study is to harmonize the existing container logistics transport plan within the framework of the OBOR integration project and to develop practical recommendations for the railway systems of the respective countries to improve the conditions for the transport of container trains China-Europe.The work and innovations in this article are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)The degree of interaction between the railway systems of countries associated with the OBOR initiative was analyzed.Prospects and difficulties of the project development in conditions of constantly increasing container turnover are considered. The impact of state subsidies on the non-competitive environment in the transport and logistics market was analyzed. The selection of optimal transport routes within the framework of the OBOR initiative was searched and reasoned. In view of the impact of the creation of a non-competitive environment on the transport and logistics market, the initiative proposed two possible solutions to increase container turnover in China and Europe.(2)A comprehensive analysis of the four main railway routes on which goods are currently delivered from China to the EU has been carried out.A decision was proposed on the need to redirect the main volumes of cargo transportation(mainly transit container transportation)currently passing through the Central Railway Corridor of Kazakhstan to pass through the Northern Railway Corridor of Russia.(3)In order to solve the problem of optimal distribution of cargo volume on four railway lines in Eurasia,in accordance with the number of transport routes and transport subsidies,an optimization model based on game theory is being studied. This model is used in the software complex Mat Lab.The software implements the solution and receives the best calculation results, thereby confirming the effectiveness of the method proposed in this article, which provides reliable support for the proposals made in this article.
