| In the information age,people are surrounded by various interactive information.More and more products use interactive methods that attract users’ attention,resulting in users’ attention being seriously dispersed or over-occupied.At present,the research on sensory interaction of products is mostly aimed at the improvement of interactive technology,but lacks the analysis of user’s attention.The analysis and solution of sensory interaction problems lacks the guidance of analytical tools and methods.In order to solve the sensory interaction problem related to user’s attention during the interaction process,this paper proposes a product design method based on TRIZ and sensory interaction: based on TRIZ material-field analysis,taking attention as the starting point to obtain the sensory interaction problem in product interaction.Then,by constructing the sensory interaction material-field model to analyze the problem,the sensory interaction standard solution and the ideal solution are used to solve and evaluate the problem.The main research contents of the thesis include the following aspects:1.Obtaining sensory attention problems: According to the inverted U-type attention curve,the attention is divided into three categories,including the attention to be enhanced,the concentrated attention and the decreased attention;based on the SEEV attention model,attention Types can be evaluated.2.Constructing sensory interaction Su-field model: Constructing sensory interaction Su-field model based on Su-field analysis tool,and dividing it into effective interaction function,incomplete interaction function,non-effective interaction function and harmful interaction function;and the field in the sensory interaction system is defined as the sensory field,including the visual field,the tactile field,the auditory field,the smell field,and the taste field.3.Sensory interaction standard solution: In order to solve the problem of sensory interaction better,this paper uses the experimental investigation method to transfer part of standard solutions into sensory interaction standard solutions.4.Program evaluation: Based on TRIZ ideal solution and calm technology,the evaluation criteria of sensory interaction are summarized as effective interaction,attention consumption,calm communication,technical content,social norms,and then comprehensive evaluation tools are used to screen out appropriate programs.5.Based on the above research contents,the product design method and process based on TRIZ and sensory interaction are proposed.The improvement of the meal delivery system is taken as an example to prove the effectiveness of the method.The research results show that in the sensory interaction system,the user’s attention is the starting point,which can effectively reflect the sensory interaction problem in the interactive system;TRIZ theory is beneficial to the analysis of sensory interaction problems,by constructing the sensory interaction Su-field model and Its classification is beneficial to the transformation and solution of the attention-oriented sensory interaction problem to the general problem of TRIZ;the design method based on TRIZ and sensory interaction can effectively broaden the thinking and contribute to the generation of more innovative design schemes. |
