Commercial complex is currently the most popular type of commercial building.In addition to its intensive architectural form,the composite building function is also the trend of current commercial operations.As the part of the space where consumers stay and use the most frequently,the internal pedestrian space has a strong influence on the behavior and psychological feelings of users,which in turn affects the overall operation of the entire commercial complex.This study selected three commercial complexes in Hefei City,Mix C,Swan Lake Wanda Plaza,and Yuefang IDMall as the research objects,and used methods such as human flow counting,space syntax,satisfaction evaluation,and principal component analysis to evaluate the internal walking space.Space evaluation research,and design strategy research based on this.First of all,a certain number of observation points are selected for the three selected cases to measure the flow of people,and at the same time perform spatial syntactic analysis.Carry out actual measurement results analysis,overall syntax analysis,and correlation analysis between people flow and integration degree,and on this basis,introduce 4 types of spatial elements such as floors,vertical traffic,entrances,and atriums,and make corresponding assignments to establish a multiple linear regression model.At the same time,the corresponding analysis of the spatial core path distribution shows that the revised integration value has a significant improvement in predicting the distribution of people flow.Subsequently,22 spatial evaluation factors were selected to construct an initial evaluation model of spatial satisfaction.After analyzing the data with the principal component analysis method,the three principal components of "spatial experience,material function,and environmental conditions" are extracted and used as the criterion-level factors of the spatial evaluation model.The comprehensive satisfaction analysis result is: Mix C = Yuefang IDMall> Swan Lake Wanda.Finally,based on the analysis results of two research methods,qualitative and quantitative,starting from the three aspects of node space,functional system,and spatial environment,the design strategy of the internal pedestrian space of the commercial complex is proposed.The nodal space creation includes entrances,atriums and public recreational spaces.The functional system is complete,including spatial flow,guidance system and business combination.The spatial environment includes both landscape space and physical environment.This article takes the internal pedestrian space of a commercial complex as the research object,based on the results of factual investigations,and related scientific research methods to carry out relevant analysis,in order to provide relevant design strategies and strategies for the internal pedestrian space of the commercial complex,enrich relevant theoretical research,and at the same time provide architectural practice.Provide theoretical reference.
