Study On The Transitional Space Of Commercial Complex And The City Space By The Space Syntax

At present, for the commercial complex,it has some problems with the city space,such as,the conflict of at the junction space with city,the interaction between internal and external space and city space is not enough,and the transition details with city space are not appropriate.These have adverse effects to its function and the city space to a certain extent.To solve these problem,the article made the following studies:Firstly, it makes the survey to the main commercial complex in Chengdu.On the basis of statistical analysis,according to the relationship between commercial complex and urban space,divides it into three types.At the same time, five main space transitional forms of urban space are summarized.And based on the main space transition form,Choose a representative case from the three types,they are Chengdu Raffles City the Mixc, and the Longhu times street.This paper expounds the present situation and theory of spatial syntax at home and abroad.Sort out Space Syntax Theory and quantitative index.Based on characteristics of the individual indicators,five were selected for the analysis of indicators in the form of transitional space.Make the analysis of spatial structure of the cases by the method of axis and convex space.Discussion on the relationship between commercial complex and urban spatial structure.Simultaneously make the qualitative analysis,through the empirical research, the conclusion of spatial syntax analysis is verified, adjusted and perfected.Finally,combine the results of spatial syntax and empirical investigation,the transitional mode of commercial complex and urban space based on five kinds of spatial transitional forms is summarized.The main strategies of the design and the transition space design of the commercial complex and urban space group are concluded.
