| Today,China’s urban and rural construction has achieved impressive achievements,the economy and society are developing rapidly,the urbanization is improving day by day,and the people’s quality of life has been significantly improved.While advancing high-speed urbanization,the extensive development and construction model has caused immeasurable damage and consumption to our natural environment and resources,and the quality of the urban climate and environment is deteriorating.When a sunny day in Beijing is hard to get to make headlines on Weibo,when the long-lasting haze that can’t be dissipated eats away at our health,when a sudden epidemic instantly swallows the world’s vitality,we must deeply reflect and get to know The law of urban development,exploring sustainable urban and rural development models.As an important factor affecting the urban microclimate,the urban wind environment is closely related to the quality of the urban environment and the healthy life of residents.Optimizing the wind environment is an effective way to improve the local climate of the city.As the main target of my country’s urbanization development and construction,urban commercial blocks occupies most of the land in the city center and undertake the functions of residents’ daily leisure shopping and communication.Therefore,improving the quality of the wind environment in commercial blocks is an important step in urban environmental and climate optimization measures.Among them,the outdoor space of commercial blocks provides residents with a variety of public places and meets their needs for communication and outdoor activities.A comfortable outdoor space environment can guide residents to go out for activities,thereby promoting consumption and communication and improving the context of high-rise buildings.The role of indifferent interpersonal relationships and vitality of the neighborhood.This paper first summarizes relevant domestic and foreign research,introduces the principles and analysis methods of space syntax and wind environment simulation technology,and then summarizes the domestic and foreign wind environment evaluation systems and accessibility evaluation indicators,and concludes that it is suitable for this study.The outdoor space wind environment evaluation index and outdoor space accessibility evaluation index are used to verify the accuracy of the two simulation software through field survey and research.On this basis,this paper attempts to construct a set of outdoor space environment assessment and precise optimization methods for commercial blocks based on space syntax and wind environment simulation technology.Taking the commercial block of Three Gorges Plaza in Chongqing as an example,this method is used to evaluate the wind environment performance of outdoor pedestrian spaces.Perform simulation evaluations with accessibility,superimpose accessibility and wind environment simulation results,perform spatial classification,analyze various spatial characteristics,and accurately propose the corresponding environments of various spaces without changing the block layout and building mode Upgrade and format adjustment strategies.After optimization,the high-accessibility space has increased from 30.7% of the current status to 33.9%,and the overall quiet wind rate of the block has been reduced from 62.2% to 53.3%.The optimization effect is obvious.This paper researches through interdisciplinary research,aiming to make the optimization of the wind environment of the commercial block more accurately match the high-frequency outdoor space in order to more efficiently improve the comfort of residents’ outdoor activities,and provide new ideas for the design of the outdoor space of the commercial block. |
