Abstract/Summary:
The outdoor venue in the residential area is the main place for the elderly to carry out outdoor activities.It enriches the spiritual life of the elderly and promotes the harmony of the neighborhood.The thermal comfort of the outdoor environment has an important impact on the comfort and health of the elderly,but the layout of the building and the design rarely take into account the comfort of the thermal environment of the residents’ activities.Therefore,a good environment is of great significance to the quality of activities of the elderly and the extension of outdoor season time.In this paper,based on the analysis and summary of the status and results of the outdoor thermal environment comfort of domestic and foreign buildings,the thermal comfort of different layout forms and the elderly’s outdoor thermal performance are studied from field surveys,data analysis,quantitative analysis of evaluation indicators,and simulation optimization comparison.According to the needs of the environment,an optimization strategy for the residential area is proposed to improve the thermal comfort of the outdoor environment.First,three typical residential areas in the three residential layouts of the old residential area(determined,enclosed,and mixed)are used as research objects.The outdoor meteorological parameters such as temperature,humidity,wind speed,and black ball temperature are measured to obtain the distribution map of the three locations of each parameter in different locations,so as to analyze the physical environment changes and thermal comfort rules of each location under different building layouts.Questionnaires were conducted on the basic conditions,thermal feelings,and thermal preferences of residents in the venues.The investigation clarified the residents’ thermal feelings,their expectations of the thermal environment,and their preferences for various parameters.Secondly,through the quantitative calculation of RAYMAN software,the physical environment quantitative index PET values of different locations were obtained,and the quantitative physical evaluation of the physical environment at different locations in three communities was carried out;the quantitative index PET and the questionnaire results were combined through SPSS17.0 software correlation analysis determined the thermal neutral temperature and thermal comfort range of the elderly.Thirdly,we simulated and optimized the residential area Jianingli,which has a good result in the previous analysis.By changing the layout of different residential areas,we established a design method and proposed a residential area layout optimization strategy to meet the needs of thermal environment comfort.Finally,the optimization measures are put forward from five aspects: the layout and enclosure form of the building,the building spacing and opening position,the setting of the event square,the choice of building materials,and the design of greening.Through research,this paper obtains the change law of outdoor thermal environment parameters and residents’ thermal comfort.The thermal comfort index PET is established,and the analysis of different climate parameters on PET values is analyzed.The law of influence further determines the thermal neutral temperature and thermal comfort range of the elderly,and establishes an analysis method for the design of the outdoor thermal environment comfort;through simulation and optimization,improvement measures are proposed in terms of building layout and environmental construction,and the appropriate aging of the newly built community is given.Design recommendations.
