Bundle Type Patent Portfolio Design Around Based On TRIZ

With the rapid economic development and the globalization of the manufacturing industry,the impact of intellectual property rights has gradually been valued in enterprises.Multinational companies in developed countries have continuously used patent infringement lawsuits to suppress Chinese products with their established patent barriers.When entering the international market,the biggest challenge is how to break through patent barriers set by foreign leaders.Therefore,how to break patent barriers,protect the company’s own technology,and participate in market competition has become a very important and urgent issue.Patent evasion design originated in the United States and is a legal competition.It focuses on analyzing existing patent barriers to evade design to achieve the purpose of not infringing the patent rights of others.Patent circumvention design has become one of the important conditions and methods for companies to develop themselves and break patent barriers.Based on the research on the development history of patent evasion design at home and abroad,taking the bundle patent portfolio as the research object,combining theoretical innovation tools such as TRIZ and the product system,taking different evasion paths for the target object based on the analysis results,breaking through the technology blockade,So as to obtain a comparative advantage in technology and participate in market competition.The main content of the thesis includes the following aspects:(1)Patent evasion search and analysis strategies.Iterative search based on functional keyword expansion obtains several advantageous companies in the target area;constructs an evaluation method of patent competitiveness among enterprises based on the close value method to determine the target companies to be avoided;and builds a bundled patent portfolio avoidance path selection strategy based on the law of technological evolution To determine the specific components and bundled patent portfolios to be circumvented;to build a fivestream standardized model for extracting patent rights range information.(2)The bundled patent portfolio circumvention the entire process of design.In order to meet the needs of different enterprises,according to different patent evasion strategies,three types of corresponding bundled patent portfolio evasion design methods including patent trimming,patent empowerment,and patent reconstruction were proposed to redesign the evasion objects.(3)Patentability evaluation method based on hierarchical decision tree.Based on the constraints of the patent legal system,the new plan must first ensure that the patent rights of others are not infringed,and secondly,ensure that the innovation achievements have the conditions for patent application.(4)Based on the TRIZ-based bundled patent portfolio design around model,a comprehensive analysis is performed for the related companies of invisible chair products.By applying the above design methods,some creative design schemes are obtained.It is verified that the avoidance design model proposed in this paper has certain reference value for enterprises,and helps them effectively break patent barriers and form independent technological advantages.
