Screw compressors have been widely used in enterprises because of their stable operation,high efficiency,and no pulsation under normal operating conditions.Compared with other types of compressors,it has the advantages of large flow,light weight,high operation rate,convenient maintenance,wide air volume control range,and large compressor displacement;the disadvantage is that it is more sensitive to pressure,flow,and temperature changes,and operating conditions are relatively high.Strict,the fault is not easy to troubleshoot,etc.Compared with other types of compressors,screw compressors rely more on operator experience and fault diagnosis technology.Therefore,the research on the typical faults and diagnosis methods of screw compressors is of great significance in promoting the long-term stable operation of the compressors,reducing the maintenance rate of compressor failures,and improving the accuracy and pertinence of maintenance.This article takes a certain twin-screw refrigeration compressor as the research object,summarizes its common faults,and obtains an effective method for compressor fault diagnosis.Through the use of time-frequency spectrogram and two-dimensional holographic spectrogram to analyze its vibration faults,the compressor overhaul plan was optimized and the conclusion was verified.At the same time,the expert diagnosis of the compressor is realized through the establishment and analysis of the compressor fault tree.The main contents are as follows:1)Taking a certain twin-screw refrigeration compressor as an example,the common faults of the compressor are summarized in combination with engineering applications,and the on-site treatment strategies for common faults are given;comparison and analysis of common parameter method,vibration and sound method,and oil method The advantages and disadvantages of the method,the vibration-sound method is obtained as the follow-up twin-screw refrigeration compressor fault diagnosis method.2)Based on the analysis of the vibration analysis method,the two-dimensional holographic spectrum is used to analyze and feature the vibration signal,and the analysis process is given for the analysis,verification and optimization of the vibration value.A hand-held inspection instrument was used to collect vibration signals,and a time-domain spectrogram was formed for analysis,and MATLAB software was used to construct a two-dimensional hologram spectrum of vibration examples to verify the analysis results.3)A fault tree of common fault phenomena,fault causes,and processing methods of twin-screw refrigeration compressors is constructed,and an expert diagnosis process based on the fault tree is given,and the faults of the field equipment are verified to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm. |
