Design Of ZPW-2000A Track Circuit Fault Diagnosis System Based On LabVIEW

ZPW-2000 A non-insulated track circuit system has become the unified system of track circuit in China.The system has good safety,reliability,anti-interference and maintainability.However,any normal system and any normal equipment will inevitably fail when it is put into use.The ZPW-2000 A track circuit fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW is designed for the outdoor equipment of track circuit which is laid out outdoors all the year,which is easy to be affected by bad weather and environment.Through the research on the structure and working principle of ZPW-2000 A track circuit system,especially the structure and working principle of outdoor equipment,carrier frequency and common faults of outdoor equipment,using spectrum analysis technology and fuzzy control theory based on fault tree analysis,verified the feasibility of the method and realized the diagnosis of outdoor equipment faults of the track circuit.Firstly,the Amazon AWS cloud platform is used to download the track circuit voltage data of the track circuit collected by the lower computer to the local,and then using the spectrum analysis technology to analyze the carrier frequency to determine whether the track circuit fault occurs or not,and then using the fault tree analysis method to extract the fault diagnosis rules,and finally the fault type will be judged by fuzzy control theory and corresponding treatment suggestions will be given.The system also includes the design of the login system module,the design of the alarm module and the design of the database module,which ensures the security of the system,realized the fault alarm of the system and data storage and data query function of the system.The system test results show that the ZPW-2000 A track circuit fault diagnosis system realizes the fault diagnosis function of the track circuit,can provide fault location and fault handling opinions,guide the fault diagnosis of the relevant staff,and detect the fault of the track circuit.The fault detection and maintenance of the track circuit provides valuable reference suggestions,and the fault diagnosis effect is good.
