Gears, bearings and couplings as an integral part of rotating device key has importantapplications in the wind power transmission chain equipment. In the event of a serious morethan90%accidents are caused by gears, bearings and misalignment fault. With themodernization of industrial development, the transmission chain device in the direction ofhigh speed, automatic, accurate, high efficiency. Gear failure in the wind power transmissionchain, bearing failures and misalignment fault, can determine the fault type by signalfrequency band modulation characteristic. Signals non-stationary spectrum of frequencyaliasing phenomena is difficult to diagnosis fault type, characteristic frequency with the speedof change is disconcerting to the diagnosis.This article base with angle vibration signal and encoder angle speed signal, Isochronalvibration signal for comparison, uses signal processing diagnosis technology, effectiveaccurate to identify the gear teeth broken fault, gear pitting fault, bearing outer ring fault,bearing rolling element fault, bearing retainer fault, and coupling mechanism fault, specificresearch work content following:(1) Analysis of transmission chain of failure mechanism and the different failurecharacteristic, build wind power transmission chain vibration platform, development of signalacquisition program with vibration signal and encoder speed signal, base on vibration signalanalysis and comparison, in terms of angle vibration non-stationary signal is converted to astable signal.(2) Signal processing analysis technology is diagnosis of key, in signal features volumeof extraction analysis used time and frequency dimensionless parameter and energyinformation as State monitoring indicators, to diagnosis whether the emergence modulationband and fault features frequency of the purpose, research time ACF analysis, cepstrumanalysis, demodulation analysis technology, and Wavelet package analysis technology applyin the transmission chain fault diagnosis system.(3) Studies in terms of vibration signal as signal source with order diagnostic analysis ofdemodulation technology, fault characteristic frequency is constant, broken teeth faultcharacteristic frequency modulation order characteristic frequency1Hz, rolling element faultorder characteristic frequency11.4Hz, outer ring failure fault order characteristic frequency 13.6Hz, retainer fault order characteristic frequency0.8Hz.(4) From the graphics diagnostic point of view, research based on two-dimensionalholographic order axis path synthesis technology. Extracting order transfer frequency andfrequency-doubling axis path synthesis, the technology can effective analysis of shafts inmisalignment fault, shape with eight characters or banana shape.(5) Study on encoder angle speed signal, make amplitude diagnosis technology, based onthe value of each angular speed signal change to precise analysis of the health in the drivechain equipment operating status.Analysis and demonstration of large amounts of data through the wind transmissionchain fault vibration platform. To put forward method with feasible, fast and simple diagnosisof the fault type. Feasible solution for wind power transmission chain status monitoring andfault diagnosis technology.
