Research On Optimization Of B Company Warehouse Business Process

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Improving the competitiveness of enterprises has become an important problem that modern enterprises need to overcome.In the production and supply of enterprises,the storage link in the middle is an important part of improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Standardized and efficient storage capacity and warehouse management level can not only reduce the cost of enterprises,but also provide customers with faster and better service,occupy an active position in the industry and win more market.Research on warehouse operation process,find out the links that can be improved,and then optimize the process,which is helpful to improve customer satisfaction and has great practical significance for the future development of enterprises.Based on the above background,this paper takes the finished product warehouse of B household electrical appliance company as the specific research object,on the premise of referring to relevant theories and existing research results,combined with the actual situation,carries out the process optimization research.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of warehouse management and business process management are described,and the related theoretical knowledge is combed.After that,it analyzes the operation status of current warehousing operation process,in warehouse operation process and delivery operation process of finished product warehouse of B household appliance company,and finds that there are problems such as long receiving time,high packaging damage rate,low inventory efficiency,long storage time of delivery vehicles,etc.Finally,combined with the above problems,the optimization scheme of warehouse operation process is proposed.Through the measures of reordering the receiving process and improving the loading method to improve the receiving efficiency;by improving the packaging materials,strengthening the staff safety operation awareness training,and formulating the daily monitoring process to reduce the packaging damage rate;by improving the inventory method,reducing the paper-based operation and increasing the counting speed;by canceling and simplifying the operation steps of the delivery process,the delivery efficiency is improved and the delivery is reduced How long is the vehicle in the depot.From the perspective of improving the level of mechanization,this paper puts forward targeted improvement measures for warehouse operation process.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimized process.The author hopes that through the research of this paper,improve the storage level of B household appliance company,reduce the storage cost of the company,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,and provide effective reference for the development of similar enterprises.
