Research On Optimization Of Warehouse Storage For Hohhot Metro Line 1

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s consumption level and quality of life,travel is more and more frequent,and people’s demand for rail transit is higher.The material warehouse of Hohhot Metro Line 1 in Inner Mongolia has been developed for a short time,many storage equipment and lack of operational experience.The innovative storage management methods can not support people’s increasing demand.Storage materials of Metro material warehouse have a large span and serious polarization.How to formulate reasonable storage management policies according to different demand levels is a complex problem faced by metro operation enterprises all over the country.Firstly,from the problems existing in the storage management of Hohhot metro line 1material warehouse,with the modern storage management theory and system layout design method(SLP)as the theoretical basis,combined with the total warehouse warehousing data and order data,in-depth analysis of the material warehouse storage layout,operation process,the root cause of the storage management system.Secondly,the system layout and design method(SLP)is used to optimize the storage layout and process.According to the actual situation of the general material warehouse,the three basic procedures of storage,inventory and warehouse are put forward,reduce the overall steps and inspection times of the process,and improve the storage efficiency.At the same time,PDA technology and bar code technology are introduced in the operation process to connect the WMS system with the existing warehouse management system,and further subdivide the system.In terms of the treatment of dull goods,it is proposed to exchange or explore new use scenarios,improve the utilization rate of dull goods,and reduce the material cost and inventory cost of the total material warehouse.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of the optimization scheme are verified by comparing and analyzing the warehouse layout,operation process and warehouse management system before and after optimization;At the same time,the investment budget and income analysis of the optimization scheme are carried out to verify the economy of the optimization scheme.
