Study On Functional Organization Design Of Civil Aviation Basic Technoloy R&D Center In Universities

The civil aviation technology research and development center of aviation universities,a special type of architecture research and development,possesses small construction amounts and lacks relevant professional studies.To improve the situation,this paper takes the functional organization of that center as the studying target to explore the design approach of the plane and space organization of this special type of architecture from the perspective of architect.Firstly,this paper conducts a concept analysis for the civil aviation technology research and development center of aviation universities,and sorts out the origin of its development and the depth of relevant theoretical research.After that,to establish the further object and theoretical research framework of the paper,the author analysis the problems in building and the needs of users through the investigation for the building and its users.Meanwhile,taking the functional organization at its core,the author conducts a study for the six aspects including function division,ratio of function,plane layout,spatial unit,space organization,structure and interface from two angles of plane organization and space organization.By practical cases and theoretical analysis,the design principle in plane and space organization of civil aviation technology research and development center as well as appropriate operation methods are generalized.At the end,the author takes the case of the Civil Aviation Technology Research and Development of Tianfu Campus of CAFUC(Civil Aviation Flight University of China)to explore the application of relevant strategies and demonstrates the feasibility of the above theoretical research results in practical projects.On the basis of the author’s engineering practice as the jumping-off point,documents reorganization,case analysis and field investigation are applied in studying process.Meanwhile,the author has all-round thinking and in-depth research for that special type of building to provide a set of effective design framework for the plane and space organization of the same type of architecture.There are total about 59653 words and 160 diagrams in this paper.
