Research On Budget Management Based On The Wholelife Cycle Of Construction Project

With the standardization of the government in recent years,the bidding requirements are continuously increasing,and the profit margin of construction enterprises has gradually decreased.The project manager contracting system is generally adopted in the industry,which not only leads to the low poor foundation level of project management foundation,but also increases the project management risk.The construction enterprises transform from relying on the management mode of the project manager to a standardized and institutionalized management mode.Project budget management is a standardized management mode,which realizes the optimal allocation of enterprise limited resources through budget tools.This paper uses literature inquiry and research on the budget management of 30 enterprises and industry characteristics,constructing the construction project budget management framework under the theory of industry life cycle.Based on the on-the-spot interview with the budget management status of D construction project,this paper analyzes the problems existing in D project,such as the budget target decomposition is not in place,the budget supervision is not timely,and the adjustment system is not perfect.And from the planning and design of the project,construction,completion and acceptance of the three stages of detailed budget management specific content,put forward detailed budget objectives,strengthen budget review and supervision,complete budget feedback assessment system and other optimization suggestions.
