Research On The Evaluation System Of The Heritage Value Of Modern Industrial Buildings In Kunming

In 1905,Kunming opened its own commercial port,and in 1910,the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway was completed and opened to traffic,which accelerated the development process of Kunming’s modern industry.Kunming has experienced different periods of urban development and left numerous unique and valuable industrial heritages.At present some valuable industrial heritages have been destroyed and damaged,the most important reason is that the value of industrial architectural heritage is not really recognized and there is no targeted evaluation method.Only based on the basis of fully grasp all aspects of the value of modern industrial building heritages in Kunming,to establish an accurate applicable value evaluation system of Kunming’s modern industrial building heritage,can we further clarify what kind of protection principle should be taken,what kind of protective measures should be chosen,and formulate the scientific and effective guidance of industrial heritage protection and reuse strategy.So it is urgent to study the value evaluation system of Kunming modern industrial building heritage,which has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on theoretical research,particularity of Kunming’s industrial architectural heritages,construction of evaluation system,empirical application,this thesis constructs the value evaluation system of Kunming’s modern industrial architectural heritages.In the theoretical preparation part,it studies the value’s connotation,composition definition and evaluation methods of industrial building heritage,and analyzes the relationship between each value.Then based on the research and analysis of related evaluation system,according to the related literature,field investigation,combined with modern industrial resources in Kunming historical style and features and value,to select suitable for Kunming value evaluation factors of the industrial building heritage in modern times,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to calculate the weight of each evaluation factor,and establish the Kunming modern industrial building heritage value evaluation system.In value system’s application part,the system is used to evaluate the value of 30 industrial enterprises in Kunming,and according to the quantitative evaluation results,and delimit the level of industrial building heritage.According to different protection levels and put forward the corresponding protection and reuse strategies.
