| As an integral part of cultural heritage,industrial heritage used to be the epitome of industrial production and life history,and it is the historical carrier of urban modernization development.With the rapid development of urbanization,the protection of industrial heritage is a hot topic,Our government departments and social groups attach great importance to the protection and management of industrial heritage.However,in the process of promoting the protection of industrial heritage in China,due to various reasons such as the different industrialization process of cities,the industrial heritage protection system can not be applied to the protection of industrial heritage in different regions.From this we can know that the research on the legislation of countries with rich experience in industrial heritage protection has certain research value.The purpose of this study is to explore the enlightenment of the system construction and practical experience of western countries with mature industrial heritage protection system to China.Based on this,this article first "industrial heritage" as the research object,on the basis of the development process and the protection of industrial heritage research,through the study of industrial heritage protection law the provisions of the international organization,second extraction of industrial heritage protection international legislation about protection objects,the protection scope and methods of key information,and analyzes its development course.At the same time,a comparative analysis is made on the industrial heritage protection system,practice and management system optimization of western countries,mainly Britain,Germany and France,as well as the practice of actual protection cases.Then it studies and analyzes the management system,registration system and standard of industrial heritage in Britain,Germany and France.Finally summarized in Britain,Germany,France and other western countries represented by the actual reform strategy of industrial heritage protection system,management system and login system and standard in our country,such as protection of industrial heritage protection and the development of the management system,perfecting our country’s industrial heritage has more complete,with higher levels of protection and management system.Provide theoretical and practical basis. |
