A Study On Flight Conflicts Scheduling For GL Airport

With the continuous growth of China’s civil aviation transport demand,numerous domestic airports have been taking efforts to relieve the ground operation pressure and increase the operating peak capacity,including to expand the airport’s scale and to increase personnel allocation and so on.However,the flight conflicts have some harmful effects on the operation safety and efficiency of civil aviation,which is usually caused by the increasing complexity of the airport’s physical structure,the frequent occurrence of severe weather and other reasons.At the same time,because of the more expensive ticket and the stricter flight conditions,the civil aviation transportation needs to enhance its competitiveness imminently under the huge impact of high-speed rail transportation.As an important means to solve flight conflicts,flight conflicts scheduling research has attracted more attention in recent years.As an international aviation hub and a new north-south land route connecting "The Belt and Road",the frequency and type of flight conflicts in GL airport has increased dramatically in recent years,due to its limited support resources,apron layout and some other factors.This thesis focuses on the scheduling of flight conflicts for GL airport,and analyzing the mode,method,operation process of flight scheduling,the types of flight conflicts and so on.Combining with the flight conflicts and its scheduling situation of GL airport,to make an analysis of the problems and reasons of flight conflicts scheduling in GL airport by the fish-bone analysis.Then to put forward the flight conflicts scheduling optimization strategies for GL airport,including to optimize the monitoring mechanism of flight conflicts scheduling,to improve the strictness of the assessment mechanism of flight conflicts scheduling,to set up the A-CDM information platform for collaborative scheduling and so on.Finally,after the application of scheduling optimization strategies and the evaluation of the implementation effect,it is concluded that the optimized strategies have important theoretical and practical significance for GL airport to improve its efficiency of flight conflicts scheduling and ground support.
