| The value of airport special vehicle scheduling optimization is to enhance the efficiency and quality of aircraft ground services, ensure flight and ground safety, and extend the service life of equipment.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of airport operation,an airport special vehicle scheduling optimization strategy based on the concept of risk analysis is provided to reduce the operation cost and the number of vehicles used in the airport. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The process of airport special vehicle service guarantee is expounded, and the influencing factors of abnormal flights are analyzed from the perspective of vehicle scheduling.Based on the research of inbound and outbound flight support process, the status and role of special vehicle scheduling in the whole process support are described in the form of flow chart, and the evaluation index of special vehicle scheduling optimization is selected based on grounded theory.(2)Taking the time interval between the arrival and arrival of special vehicles as the evaluation index category, the time interval level is divided.A three-dimensional risk analysis model is established from three aspects: the possibility of abnormal flights caused by unreasonable vehicle scheduling planning, the severity of the consequences of abnormal flights and the vulnerability of anti-interference affecting normal flights. The weight of the impact index is expressed by the degree of alarm, and the weight results are graded, and reasonable suggestions are put forward according to the grade results.(3)Combined with the theory of data mining, the special vehicle scheduling evaluation index is used to obtain the association rules between the indexes by Apriori algorithm. The frequent itemsets are screened according to the minimum support and minimum confidence. The key indexes are extracted and the results are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the conclusion.(4)Combined with the current situation of special vehicle scheduling,a multi-objective vehicle scheduling optimization model is designed. The genetic algorithm and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm are used to solve the model.Combined with the actual operation data of Tianfu Airport flight, the scheduling optimization example is analyzed.Using the results of three-dimensional risk analysis to correct the scheduling optimization constraints, the purpose is to reduce the operating cost and the number of special vehicles. The experimental results have strong operational applicability and operability. In summary,in the context of the rapid growth of civil aviation traffic, with the goal of building a ’ green airport ’,energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the use efficiency of special vehicles at the airport is improved.Based on the three-dimensional risk analysis model, this thesis studies the problem of airport special vehicle scheduling optimization. In terms of airport ground support,it can provide theoretical basis and decision support for the efficient use of special vehicles. |
