| Team is the basic unit of an enterprise,team culture is also the "cell culture" of an enterprise.Although Xi ’an Passenger Transportation Terminal has set up the "sincere service class" and formed the corresponding team culture,but there are still some defects.This paper,taking xi ’an passenger station as the research object,the "true service"evaluation research team culture construction,from creating five type platform construction team,team culture and set up the management model and service standard,build the service culture consciousness and strengthen the awareness of "true service" social responsibility five aspects to xi’an passenger station "true service" team culture construction situation is described;To xi ’an passenger station "true service team to identify cultural evaluation factors,and according to the results of the identification and analysis of the fuzzy mathematics method and the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate factors weights of quantitative calculation,calculate the xi ’an passenger station" true service team culture "evaluation of the overall score of 3.850 points,at a higher level;Then,according to the evaluation results,this paper analyzes three aspects:the cultural vitality of the "genuine love service class" has been unprecedentedly activated,the management ability of the team leader has been improved and the quality of the team members has been significantly improved.At the same time,it is found that there are two main problems,namely,the slacking of the thought of striving for "learning class organization" and the limitation of the construction of class and group learning platform.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the cultural construction of "Sincere Service Team" in Xi’an Passenger Transportation Terminal,mainly starting from three aspects:perfecting the cultural management system of the team,establishing the concept of cultural service of the team and improving the learning efficiency of the team members.The research of this paper can improve the reputation and loyalty of Xi ’an Passenger Transportation Terminal among consumers.It is beneficial to extend into other fields through good corporate culture;It has created advantages for Xi’an Passenger Terminal to stand out from many competitors.It will quickly cultivate and expand its loyal customer base under the call of corporate culture;It can effectively stimulate the pride of employees,so as to achieve a higher sense of self-satisfaction,which is the basis for the passenger terminal to absorb and stabilize talents.At the same time,this study can also be used as a strong reference for other passenger terminal construction team culture. |
