| Firstly, the paper analyzed basis function of highway passenger terminal, and objectives, instruction and principle of technical planning was proposed according to the development tendency of highway passenger terminal. Secondly, author fabricated a framework of designing proper passenger, baggage and buses flowing inside terminal, put forward a method of passenger, baggage and buses flow analysis and basic process of facilities layout. Thirdly, the paper discussed deficiency of traditional technical planning method, introduced new method confirming parameter of facility space calculating under different level of service and proposed recommend indexes of each passenger inside holding room and ticket room referring to standard of international Air Transportation Association Federal Highway Administration, after that a theoretical model of cumulative passenger was established. Relationship among cumulative passenger count, number of buses, loading ratio and dwelling time was considered. Fourthly, the paper improved on traditional framework, and method of main index and facility space calculation. Finally, method formed in the article was applied with research of feasibility of terminal FZC. Principles of facilities layout and structure of terminal FZC were formulated based on the functions of terminal FZC. Two schemes of facility space calculating, flowing designing and traffic organizing planning were exhibited in the article. |
